I've got LSC 3 on a Mac II running 6.0.2... Doing some nifty new "engineering" Mac software for certain popular Motorola products... But - Suddenly the LSC debugger doesn't like to exit anymore. After I run an application with the debugger on, exit from the application (using a call to ExitToShell() of course), then I get thrown back into the debugger and the "ExitToShell" menu option doesn't seem to do anything. Furthermore, the "go" button on the source code window is highlighted and clicking the "stop" button has no effect. The only way out seems to be to switch over to the LSC compiler, select the "Resume" menu option, which switches me back over to the debugger. The debugger then exits and puts me back into the compiler. I tried rebooting several times, reinstalling the compiler and debugger from locked diskettes then recompiling, a couple of vague and possibly mispronounced Hermitic incantations and even some homemade chicken soup, but the annoyance persists. No big deal, I can contend with it, but does anybody else have this problem? paco. ---- | ---- | ---- | ---- | ---- | ---- | ---- | ---- | ---- | ---- | ---- Macintosh Software Developer Motorola Microprocessor Division Austin, Texas email: cs.utexas.edu!oakhill!devsys!paco paco @ Generic BBS 201/389-8473 disclaimer: author is responsible for all statements author-of: Menstat 1.0, MacGroup @ AT&T, Satori Emulator, etc. quote: (non-verbal mode shift)
