I have mailed a questionnaire to the 30- or 40-odd people on the submitters' list. If you requested that you be placed on this list, and you don't receive a questionnaire SOON, something has gone wrong and you should send me a note ... In that note, please be sure to include a reply address. I prefer nice, clean Internet addresses, although bitnet and uucp seem to work pretty well. Some of you put your requests in your ballots, and you folks in particular were at risk of being omitted. If you have been left off the list, it is purely accidental, and I will add you as soon as I get your address.
