The song in question (as I informed the original requestor) is called "I Hold Your Hand in Mine", words and music by Tom Lehrer. The complete lyrics are contained in "Too Many Songs by Tom Lehrer". This contains most of his better known early songs from "That Was the Year That Was". I've already sent off the lyrics once, but if anyone is particularly interested, I can send them again.
