OK here's a more specific question: I can successfully do an OpenSlot on the video driver on my MacII, however I can't seem to resolve the documentation on what the paramblock structure should look like on a PBStatus/Control call. "Designing Cards and Drivers for the MacII & MacSE" gives me some nice csCode values and tags for required info in the PB structure but no offsets! "Inside Mac V" gives enough of the structure to do an open (in the section on the device mgr and slot mgr) but not enough to figure out Status/Control stuff.
