I've been working through the example's in Scott Knaster's "How to Write Macintosh Software". I got the source a while ago from APDA (the old APDA) andit compiles fine under MPW. But there seem to be no resources or .r files included on the disk. I've been going back and trying to reconstruct some of the resource files, but this is a major pain, particularly since Knaster's programs are debugging walk-throughs, and I thus want my version to have no new errors. Does anyone have a copy of the resource files and/or .r files needed by Knaster's program? Or has anyone taken the time to hack them together "from scratch"? If someone has, I'd appreciate your e-mailing them to me (_please_ write me a note first to see if someone's already passed them on: my account has very little free space left and probably couldn't handle multiple mailings of all the files).
