Well, I don't make the decision on how much APDA is going to charge, but,
thumbing through the APDA price list (and taking a guess as to what may be
somewhat equivalent offerings)- Script Manager Developer's Package v1.0 $50.
MacTCP v1.0 Evaluation Kit with Interim Programmer's Guide $100.  These are
just two things that I think come with comparable stuff.

As for what's included in the package.  From what I remember-
	3 Disks
		Disk 1 - CommToolbox and a few tools
		Disk 2 - some more tools
		Disk 3 - Programming interface files
	~300 page manual (and pretty cover/spine label)

as well as the upgrade to the final version of the above.
