A coworker of mine is having a problem with NewPallette in MPW C 2.0. It seems
that the second time he calls it his program crashes, and a heap check using
Macsbug shows that the application heap is bad. Seems that one of the elements
in the free list points to a block with a bad header.
The two strange parts are 1) It only seems to cause trouble on the second call,
not the first; 2) If he displays a dialog box before the second call, no
problem.
He swears that all function arguments check out as okay. Any ideas of what is
going wrong?
This is my VERY FIRST posting to the net, so please go easy on me if I did
anything wrong.
