       Well, APDA won't answer technical questions, maybe someone inside apple who
       is reading this list can...

Actually, yes; any other computer company I've dealt with that want to sell
me products can answer technical questions about them so I can make an
informed decision... and they usually have a place to report bugs/request
assistance after the sale as well (the level of which, admitably, varies,
from "free during warrenty period or anytime for bug reports, but charge
thereafter" to "free forever" If apple is a real computer company (and I
think it is), and wants to sell development software direct to end users
(APDA) then I think they need to provide this service...
