[net.micro] Wanted: C source debugger & 6502 C Cross-compiler

Looking for the following:

1)  A "C" source code debugger that will allow developers to debug
    both native-compiled, and cross-compiled code at the source level.

2)  A production quality 6502 C cross compiler that will run under
    either VMS or Berkeley Unix 4.1 on a VAX.
