When accessing the serial port by interrupts at 1msec intervals,(19200 Baud) while playing a sound using the sound manager, on a macplus, my mouse breaks up the sound and actually stops it if you move the mouse fast enough. even if you don't move it at all, it still spuriously generates some interrupts. In the application, measuring reactions, I must be able to turn the mouse interrupts off, and turn them back on again, if and when I need them... any ideas. Thanks in advance.... Darius Clynes
