I am writing some code to sublaunch programs. After my program
sublaunches, Finder shows the icon dimmed, just as if it were sublanched
from Multifinder. What bit in what call returns the "this program is
running" attribute? I havn't seen a Tech Note on this and it surely
isn't in IM.
