This advice to go scrounging around in the stack is all well and good, except for one teeny little problem: the stack won't fit on an 800K floppy. Now for most of you, this doesn't matter, since you have hard disk drives, but I don't even own a _Macintosh_, much less a hard disk drive. I do all my programming on University-owned, University-operated SE's with 1 MB and two floppy drives, connected to AppleShare networks where may be found all manner of useful software on site license. Anything I upload or download has to fit on a floppy disk, then. Bummer. And to top it off, I don't have access to the Excellent CD, short of buying it from APDA. As I don't own a Mac of my own (yet, I hope!), this doesn't strike me as a feasible alternative. Especially since I'd have to get a CD-ROM reader, too :-). _All I wanted_ was for some kind soul to tell me what the contents of Tech Note #31 were. Instead, I got a lot of people being conspiratorial, telling me to go and dig it up for myself. Believe me, people, I would if I could. So, will someone mail me at least the text of it?
