[comp.sys.mac.programmer] TCL Problems with Panorama, etc...

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've recently purchased Think C v4.0, and I'm having a hell of a time with the
Class Library. Can someone out there give a guy a hand??

Here's my problem:

I'm trying to create an application that draws objects in a scrollable window.
So, I create a window, a scroll pane, and a panorama to hold all of the
information I want, but I can't figure out how to get it displayed on the
screen, or how to get the scroll bars to work.

So, how do I get information into the panorama?? Can i use a draw message to
put it up? And what do I have to do to get the scroll bars to do something.
I'm working from the Starter Application that is shipped with the TCL, but I'm
close to scrapping the whole TCL thing and going back to MPW. At least with
MPW, one can figure out what's happening with out wading through 50,000 lines
of class library.

As a suggestion for future releases of Think C, how about a manual that tells
a person what is really happening. IMHO, the current docs are awful. The docs
should include information on _ALL_ the classes that are supplied (this
includes the classs in the More Classes folder), not just the core classes.
Maybe this would help me solve this problem without a desperate plea for help.

					Thanx in advance,

						Steve Dussinger

PS. If anyone could send _short_ TC code segments for performing these kinds of
things, I would be eternally grateful.
