[net.trivia] Jerry Lewis memory test, whatizzit?

Now that we have seen 3-4 copies of that somewhat deranged-looking
list under the title of "Jerry Lewis memory test", would someone
be so kind as to explain to me or to the net just what it is or
how it is/was used?

			Why do I even TRY to find out these things?
