   I shall add my support for a REAL library tool ala LIB on the VAX where
   you can add, replace, delete to the level of individual routines. In
   addition it would be nice if resources could be stuffed into the library.
   That way if you can have a library where you want avoid amateurs messing
   about with the resources if they don't know what they are doing.

   Also I'd like to see the ability to split a window in two so that you can
   have two views of the one file that can be scrolled seperately (ala QUED).
   At worst they could provide the capability to open the file twice (the 2nd
   being read only)
