Here is a summary of the answers: >1) What major features are in 4.0 but not 3.0 ANSI compliance, object oriented features (class library), somewhat faster and better code generation, better docs. >2) what is the cost to upgrade 3.0 to 4.0 ~$72 >3) is it worth it?
