[comp.sys.mac.programmer] SmallTalk/V and standalone applications

dce@smsc.sony.com (David Elliott) (03/10/90)

Recently, someone posted a nice article on SmallTalk/V and 80 for the
Mac, and I asked this question, but never got a reply.

The question is: How easy is it to build a standalone application with
SmallTalk/V? By "standalone application" I mean a program that can run
without the user having SmallTalk/V on their system at all, just like
you can create with most (if not all) Pascal, C, and BASIC compilers.
