How do I set the Attribute Field in a File Record? In particular, I need to be able to modify the 'Protect' and 'Lock' Attributes. (Bits 6 and 0, respectively) I seem to be able to change the Lock Attribute with routines 'PBSetFLock' and 'PBRstFLock', however there exist no routines for changing the Protect Attribute. According to Inside Mac IV, the routine 'PBSetCatInfo' should be able to change any of the Attribute Field bits. Unfortunately, the routine does not work as advertised... Can anyone shed some light?
