Hey, I suppose this should be "In reply to message 13340" or something.
Anyway, the mailing list is going..
Ive got brain fatigue from reading messages...
The point of it is to help beginning Mac programmers useing Think C get
going without a hitch... That is, get enough of the toolbox etc. down
to throw together a game or something like that with fair ease..
If youre a starting Mac programmer and want the basics and some other
frustrated neo-hackers to convulse with, please send me mail.
There may have been a person or two who posted their request to the net
that I didnt stick on the dist. list.. The first couple articles have
gone out, so please mail again for results, sorry for the inconvience.
BTW, I made this Mac mailing list as a subset of the TAU list, which I
have been running with friends for a while.. Technology Art Underground
Anyone who has read the Loompanics Catalog, or the Signal Catalog or
other such stuff may be interested.. say HI if youre a fellow Chaos Incarnate.
Thanks to everyone who sent in suggestions, offered their help, and gave
"problem solvers" that they encountered when starting up.. Ive learned so
much reciently I had a dream during which things got rough, so I pulled up
ResEdit and modified it! Ive also walked through rooms filled with objects
representing resources... like those mnumonic memory systems. Anyone else
ever have this happen? Its certainly new to me...
