Hi evvybody. I've been doing some hacking on NCSA Telnet, and one of my "improvements" has been to swap the interpretations of the plus and minus keys on the numeric keypad on the ADB standard keyboard, so that seasoned VT100 users can switch to Telnet on a Mac and continue to use their favourite VMS text editors with their eyes closed (no, but seriously...). My question is, do I need to do this swap for any other keyboard types? I know I don't for the Mac Plus, and I'm pretty sure I don't for the ADB extended keyboard. The boss is at home with his Portable at the moment, so I can't nip round to check the keyboard on that. What about the ISO keyboards? Also, do any of these newer keyboards generate any new virtual scan codes? Thanks for any help. E-mail would be fine.
