Yea, but now the question is will it do any good.  Like you I got E-Mail following my public complaint.  Additionally, I stuck a post-it with a similar complaint on my renewal form and got a very prompt voice phone call.  They've got the apologizing part down good (and despite my snide tone here, I really do appreciate that part of it) but the real question is whether they will come across with anything like acceptable service.
