A fiend of mine is planning on teaching his summer assembler class on the Macs in our computer labs, so he needs a good public domain assembler. Me have the 1985 vintage MacASM which isn't too bad...but we could use a bit of help: 1) Does anybody have any small sample code appropriate for a beginning assembler class? 2) Does anybody know how to get Macsbug to work with a portrait monitor. (even in b/w mode the screen is unreadable - IIcx, gatekeeper, moire running, 1M memory, 40M HD) Of course, if someone could point me at a better public domain assembler that would be appreciated. replies to my mailbox, the net is cluttered enough. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= = Andy J. = =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= On my salary, I can't afford a full .sig file
