[comp.sys.mac.programmer] Mac PICT format reading/writing routines wanted

I need a routine to read and write images from PICT format files;
both PICT and PICT2 (color?) formats.  E.g. the Giffer program
for the Mac that reads GIF and writes PICT format.

C source code preferred.
