Hi all. I am working on a numerical computing application to evaluate integrals and other neato equations, and I was wondering if someone out there has some sample code which simply brings up a standard document window and prompts the user and accepts input from the user. I haven't yet written a Mac application which operates interactively with the user by reading what the user inputs and writing output to the window. What I am looking for is something analagous to a shell program that you would find on other machines (e.g. messy-dos, Unix shell, etc). It is the best way I can see to implement the input from the user based upon the nature of the program (and my ideas for future expansion). Does anyone have some code lying around which serves this purpose (or something similiar) that they wouldn't mind sharing? I would REALLY appreciate it. I am using THINK C v4.0.1, but I would welcome just about any code, even Pascal.
