in this same vein, i would like to write an XFCN that returns whether or not an application is being used on an AppleShare Server. Where do I find the InUse and Busy flags? The only other solution I've come up with is to check in the resource fork is open. Is there a better or official way of doing this? thanks in advance! Sean
