Where in tarnation can I find info the the 'bmap'? Inference would suggest that this is the BitMap data type as a resource, but experimentation suggests otherwise. Any divine intervention on my behalf would be witlessly appreciated. The one time I briefly looked at these things, the header part at least did look like a BitMap record. The address field is probably zero, instead the bitmap data would just immediately follow the BitMap record structure. Try a quick check on the length of the bitmap data (following the above assumption), and see if it agrees with the height of the bounds rectangle multiplied by the rowbytes. If the data is too short, it may be compressed with good old PackBits. Just random thoughts. I mean, how complicated could it be...?
