[comp.sys.mac.programmer] Apple Developer Support and misc items

gt0818a@prism.gatech.EDU (Paul E. Robichaux) (08/23/90)

No one here in Atlanta has been able to give me a satisfactory answer to
my questions about Apple's developer programs.

I'd like to know what levels of developer support Apple currently provides
(and their prices :-) In addition, is there any way for non-developers,
or those below level X, to get _freely distributed_ (e.g. the CDs's, CDEF 63,
and so on) materials from that level?

I just today got information from them. You can write them for detailed
info:
    Apple Computer, Inc.
    20525 Mariani Avenue, M/S 75-2C
    Cupertino, CA 95014-9968

Basics:
    Associates $350
Developer Hotline, Monthly Mailings, Product Discounts
    Partners $600
same plus Tech Support via e-mail

Both have some other stuff especially optional extras.

Of course, there is also APDA at $20. You can purchase docs from them.
I doubt you can get anything for free that you can't download from
apple.com or sumex.
