We have a ColorSpace IIi framegrabber card from Mass Microsystems. It was delivered with software for doing framegrabbing, a driver for the card, resources for Hypercard/Supercard and a library written in MPW C for low level control of the card. My problem is that I want to do framegrabbing in a C or pascal program. The MPW C library gives me only low level control and status information over the framegrabber card and no help to do digitize a video frame. The paper "Inside Colorspace", describing the MPW C library (CSLIB), says that "The ColorSpace II digitizer libraries are not described in this documentation. They are not in a state that is very easily usable by other developers". We have tried Mass Microsystems technical support service. The person we talked to wondered why we couldn't develop our applications in Hypercard!! But they promised to send us some stuff on the fax immediately (That's 3 weeks ago).
