I realize that this can be accomplished easily by using the Default CDEF, but here's the question anyway.... What is the "Apple Thought Police Approved" method of outlining the default button in dialogs? Inside Macintosh mentions the approach of providing a user item in which to draw the outline, and then writing a procedure to actually draw it, but this strikes me as a little circuitous. Is there a "better" method? Most commercial applications that I've looked at with ResEdit do not have any such user item in their dialog templates -- how do they do it? ------- Christopher Tate | Student-Type Person | "The whole place is coming alive!" cxt105@psuvm.psu.edu | {...}!psuvax1!psuvm.bitnet!cxt105 | "Yeah, and we're coming *dead*...." cxt105@psuvm.bitnet |
