Thanks to all who responded! The problem was easy to solve. I forgot
to initialize the window system, fonts, et al. Once that is done
SFGetFile works fine. One poster also pointed out that you can just
call printf(" "); and all the initialization will be done for you. I
do it by hand.
Thanks. Now if you folks can just figure out what my OOPS problem in
LSC 4.0 is I'll be grateful. You won't get any money out of it but
you have my gratitude for what that's worth.
