[comp.sys.mac.programmer] MPW 3.0 => MPW 3.1...the best path?

Quesion about MPW
-----------------
Due to the fact that I recently moved, I have not yet received the newest
APDA catalog. However, one is in the mail to me. However, I have a question
about MPW3.0=>3.1: was 3.1 primarily a performance enhancement and bug-fix
release (e.g. are my 3.0 manuals still accurate)? The reason I ask is because
several of the updates don't seem to contain documentation with them, which
would only seem to make sense if there there were not drastic changes in
functionality.

Mini-want ad
------------
Just in case anyone's curious or is looking to get rid of some software,
I'm looking to upgrade from MPW 3.0 to MPW 3.1 (including any of the following
which have changed: MPW Shell, SADE, ResEdit, Macsbug, C; but not including
Object Pascal <blech>). I also wish to upgrade my beta version of C++ to
the real release. Finally, I want to get my hands on a copy of the Midi tools.

The MPW 3.1 upgrade does not replace any manuals. Release notes
describe the changes (mostly bug fixes). MPW 3.1 C is needed to use
C++. But you probably already know that.

Final release of MPW C++ is supposed to have occurred. I ordered my
upgrade last week. Was supposed to have shipped last Friday, but
didn't. Maybe this Friday...

"C++ Programming with MacApp" ((c) 1990, Wilson, Rosenstein, and
Scafer. Addison-Wesley) alludes to MPW 3.2. Anyone know when it
3.2 might happen? The notable feature is the one mentioned in the
book: MacApp debugger breakpoints on C++ methods. Their lack in
the current release is a real pain.
