Please disregard my previous message. Naturally, after posting it, I solved
the problem shortly afterward (But THANKS to all who may have already posted
or emailed me). It turned out that my filename was pointing to some goofy
location. But, for those who are interested, when enumerating through the
directories (with myCPB is of type CInfoPBRec) you need to:
err = HOpen (myCPB.ioVRefNum, myCPB.ioFlParID***, myCPB.ioNamePtr, (permission),
&yourRefNum); Note that you use the Parent ID that GetCatInfo gives you and
not ioDirID.
