   I am trying to contact Bernard Gallet, author of the Inside Mac DA. In the
About box it lists his address as
      660 Miller Av.
      Cupertino, CA 95104


However, the post office returned my letter and shareware fee. Does anybody
know where he can be found?   I'm trying to get the full size version of the
manual!
