Most of my experience lately is with CP/M and Apples with various terminal and communications programs. However several of my local people have picked up Commodore 64s and want to start netting, transferring software, etc. Can anyone point me to a source of Public Domain or Users Group terminal programs? Functions desired: automatic writing to file (no need to stop with XOFF and manually create/file the buffer), error checking (a la Christensen Protocol, preferably), settable byte/stop/parity... the usual MODEM stuff. I do know of some Apple assembler out there doing these things, but my locals aren't very good hackers in assembler yet and the adaptation would probably be beyond them right now. Thanks in advance... David Kirschbaum Toad Hall
