[comp.sys.mac.programmer] How to print color?

Does anyone have any info on printing to a color printer?  I've
read TechNote 73 (last updated March 1, 1988) but I'm still kind
of hazy on some of the details.  Does anyone have any sample
code they'd like to donate?

Is this TechNote up to date?  It mentions that there will be
"better color support will be added to the Print Manager in
the future", and the note is based on LaserWrite 5.0.  With
6.0, can you just open a CGrafPort to print to, or is this
not far enough into the "future" yet?
