AppMaker from Bowers Developement generates VERY GOOD code for TCL both C 
and Pascal, procedural C and Pascal for Think and MPW, plus A/UX and a 
forthcoming version will generate MacApp code. It's a great product.  I'm 
using it to learn TCL and it works very well.
