I know how to use SndPlay(), but I need to play snd's during program
execution, and the SoundManager explanation in InsideMac V is _not_
terribly clear about how to actually, say, DO anything.
Basically I just want to know how to specify a snd from a snd resource, and
load it into some synthesizer, and send it some note command.
Sample code would be highly appreciated. Also, referral to an appropriate
tech note would be helpful, if one exists (my tech note index was compiled
in Feb 1990).
