To all interested: I have made a few more changes to the DRVR installation code that I posted here a week or two ago. So as not to clutter up the group, I will not post the updates here. Instead, if you want the changes, write to resnick@cogsci.uiuc.edu. If I get an overwhelming number of requests, I will post the code to comp.sources.mac and keep an update there as often as possible. If so encouraged, I can also post the source to info-mac.
