[comp.sys.mac.programmer] Anybody have microemacs 3.9e?

I recently found the microemacs 3.9e application, and I would like
documentation for it or source, if it is available.  If you know where
these might be, please let me know.

I already have the application and docs for microemacs 3.10, but 3.9e
is quite different.
