[net.micro] CDOS <-> CP/M

One of my friends has a need to set up a Cromemco CDOS to Osbourne-1
CP/M file transfer. Both systems have serial ports. Is there a version
of any of the popular file transfer programs available for CDOS and
Osbourne-1 CP/M both? Alternatively, is there a CP/M file transfer which
will operate on a CP/M emulator running on CDOS?

MDM714 (latest MODEM7 program) works on CDOS.  There is a new
overlay available - M7CD-1.ASM and a note about patching MDM714.COM
to disable an unimplemented CDOS call (disk free space) in M7CD.MSG.
There is also an overlay for the Osborne-1.  MDM714 allows wild-
card batch transfers too.  All files are available via FTP from
SIMTEL20 in the MICRO:<CPM.MODEM7> directory.
