I have encountered a problem with printing to a laser writer. My program
reads the print page ranges from the print record, as described on page
156 of IM II. That works fine. However, since my program is printing,
say, pages 3-9, it skips printing 1-2. It seems the print manager is
also skipping two pages, for a total of 4 skipped pages. I am setting
the iFstPage & iLstPage to 1 and 999, like on page 156, but it still
doesn't work right. If I try to print the whole document, and have the
program manually set iFstPage to 7 or so, it still prints from 1. What
am I forgetting to set?
