I have been asked to send a development version of an application to someone I don't know. I would like to include a statement to the effect that the development version is for information/courtesy only, and should not be demoed, copied, or given away. Also, the user should return the application when they are through with it. Is there a standard statement of this kind? How does Apple handle beta disclosures (I hear you are supposed to return the "seed" when the product is released). Any help is appreciated. Via EMAIL only. I will summarize. - David Mittman DMittman@Beowulf.JPL.NASA.GOV
