I am writing in Lightspeed Pascal 1.11, and I want to be able to call WaitNextEvent. However, I can't find this function in any of the libraries; apparently WaitNextEvent wasn't around yet when this version of Pascal came out. Is there any way I can call WaitNextEvent anyway, perhaps by telling Pascal where the trap is somehow? I've never done anything like this before, and would appreciate very specific guidance. Or is WaitNextEvent in one of the libraries, but buried somewhere so that I overlooked it? (Please don't tell me to buy a newer version of Pascal; I would very much like to do this but I am on a student budget and I am stuck with the software that our school has available for us.)
