[comp.sys.mac.programmer] C++ Library

c152-ci@laertes.berkeley.edu (Chris Meyer) (03/20/91)

I am starting a company and the first product is a library of C++
classes to control windows on the Macintosh. This includes everyday
windows which are used in programs and dialog windows.

The package implements a number of classes which allow items such
as buttons, edit items, numeric entry items (with bounds checking
versions), etc. Normal DLOG resources are used to specify the windows.

The package makes implementing dialogs a breeze. Complicated user
interactions can be specified in 1/2 an hour. Hundreds of lines of
code can be reduced to just a few.

This package of classes is written entirely in C++ (MPW). It has been
tested very thoroughly; but I would still like to sell some beta-
versions before I go through a full release.

If you are interested or just need more information, reply to me. I will
be looking forward to any responses. Leave a phone number where I can
reach you and I will give you a call.
