[comp.sys.mac.programmer] "Update:" MacOberon on a Small Screen

mjohnson@cosmos.acs.calpoly.edu (Mark S. Johnson) (04/13/91)

There has not been any net.wisdom offered on this topic over the last
week or so...only a small flurry of "tell-me-what-you-find-out"
messages. The tone of these messages, however, indicates a genuine
enthusiasm for MacOberon and a profound desire to be able to at least
read the documentation on a small screen SE/30. (I WAS lucky enough to
find the neat ANIMATED graphics pasted into one of the help files...)

Since the system is free, the good folks at ETH have every right to
tells us to go out and get big screens, I guess.

Is it just me, or does anyone else see the the day coming when an
entire office wall (and maybe more than one) is one giant "monitor?"
We'll still be complaining that the screen is too small.

"Ya know, ya really oughta upgrade to one o' them new 19 meter monitors..."
