I can't find his net address (or name, for that matter), so I am posting it to the net. Besides which, the reply may be of general interest. I just ordered a rather neat piece of hardware for my system, and am expecting delivery sometime next month. I think this hardware is of general enough interest that I am going to post a description to the net when the hardware arrives. In the process of buying the hardware, I discovered that I can get a `finders fee' for directing people back to the company I bought it from. The (probably obvious) question: would appending a request that people seriously interested in buying the thing give me a phone number to pass on to the company (so I can get the finders fee) be a violation of ARPANet policy? I am assuming that USENET policy will follow ARPANet policy in this case. I am interested in any comments on this, but will follow the lead of the info-micro/info-cpm moderator. Thanx, <mike
