[net.micro] SS vs DS

I have used both sides of single sided disks on an Apple for over three years
without problems. Mostly the El-cheapo CDC disks that cost $19.50 a pack,
but also a few others. The disk with the editor on it finally wore out
(C'mon, whadda ya expect!), but I wasn't using the reverse side very often.
(It was the editor tracks that quit.) The only other disks that I have lost
any data from were the ones the shower leaked onto.

I am also using the same disks in a Rainbow (80 tracks) and they
seem to work fine, though I have only had it a month. It makes it a
little hard to flip them, bcause it senses the write protect notch being
open on the flip side, and who wants to paste stickers every time you
want to flip?! Might be OK for backup, though.
