Hello Netters,
I am doing a project for one of my classes, and I have come upon
a small, maybe not so small, problem. I was under the impression
that if you had a picture you could do rotate before you drew
it out to the screen. I do not seem to be able to find a Toolbox
call for this so I assume I am mistaken. How does one do this, and
is it fast enough that I can get away with using it for an animated
sequence?
