by the way, the * was just to say that I purchased the book at Quantum books in Cambridge (sorry all those of you not in Boston, wondering why I'd ever post something like this with a world distribution). I am just posting this to avoid tons of mail asking where I got it, though it really doesn't help this being a seperate message and all.. Just thought I'd finish up..
