Hello, I subscribed to _D E V E L O P_ about a month ago. They told me on the phone it would be 3-4 weeks until my fist issue. I saw on this group that the spring issue is out. Have people gotten the issue yet? They have billed my visa(and I have paid it). I would be interested in knowing if I should have it yet.
